What You`ll Be Doing:
Door Host- Greet every guest with a smile, ensure they`re seated quickly, and make sure menus are ready to go. First impressions count?"you set the tone!
Floor Staff (Waiter/Waitress)- Deliver food and drinks with care, check guests have everything they need (cutlery, condiments, top-ups), and make their dining experience smooth and enjoyable.
Till Operator & Drinks/Desserts- Take customer orders at the tills, prepare desserts, and serve hot/cold drinks with speed and accuracy. A sharp eye and multitasking skills are key here!
Takeaway Host- Coordinate takeaway orders for drivers and walk-in customers, ensuring everything is accurate and ready on time.
Dispatch Assistant- Organise dine-in orders before they hit the floor, keeping communication smooth between kitchen and front-of-house.
